Abid H. Abedi is the founder, and currently serves as Chairman and CEO. He previously founded Adea and grew the company to over 1500 employees globally. His leadership and success with Adea has earned him a number of regional, national and international awards for growth, quality and customer service. Abid is also the Founder and CEO of Managed Staffing, a successful staffing entity, with operations in North America and India.

Awards include Inc. 500 for two consecutive years, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Minority Business News Top 100, Dallas 100, Dallas Morning News Top 200, TechTitans, FastTech 50, Silicon India Magazine Top 25 and IndusBusiness News Top 50.

Ray Jaffrey serves as VP of Operations & Staffing Services. Prior to joining Scarlet Wireless, Ray held positions as VP of Staffing, Business Development Manager and Director of Recruiting at Adea, where he worked for 13 years. Ray manages all staffing operations on a day-to-day basis for Managed Staffing and Scarlet Wireless.

Jay Langford serves as Ran & Packet Core Consulting Delivery Head for Scarlet Wireless. He has over 15 years experience in service delivery, project management, business development and sales in the North American wireless telecom industry. Prior to joining Scarlet Wireless, Jay was VP of Delivery and Business Development for United Commtel, where he was responsible for Telecom & Implementation Services for North America.

Since starting out his career with Ericsson where he was responsible for services delivery and project management, Jay has held various senior roles in the telecom industry. He assisted Cisco Systems in starting their wireless telecom division as well as establishing Optimi Corporation as one of the leading Services and Software providers in North America. Jay earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas, Dallas and his BA degree in Mathematics from Austin College.
